Built in the '70s, this community required extensive expertise to update its complex, multi-layered roofing system for efficient water shedding. We've tackled everything from reversing problematic water flows and updating fascia, to installing new drain pans, drip edges, railings, and screens.
Each step incorporates innovative solutions designed to accommodate the expansion and contraction caused by Arizona's demanding weather. We're now putting the finishing touches on, carefully perfecting each element to enhance the living conditions for the residents.
