Expect a great sense of humor, incredible arrangements and perfectionism that lends itself to jaw-dropping performances. That's Geoff.

Geoff is the bass for the a cappella group Voiceplay. He does some of his own music to show his incredible talents. Huge fan base. This was an incredible arrangement and performance by Geoff. Thanks for the reaction!

Merry Christmas, and welcome to Geoff (pronounced "Jeff") Castellucci's beautiful rabbit hole. 🙂 He's also a founding member of the a cappella group Voiceplay (since 1997!), where he sings bass (duh...). His voice covers 5 octaves, and more importantly stays beautiful in all of them, which is one of the things we all admire of him. 🙂 Same as Voiceplay, he's 100% independent and will not copyright strike you or any other reactor, as far as I know. Not only, but he and his wife Kathy (who is his and Voiceplay's Production Manager) do pretty much everything by themselves. You'll find who's involved in the production in the video's description, they're very precise with credits. 🙂 What else? He started his solo channel during the pandemic, when the touring activity with Voiceplay was forced to stop, and doesn't do pure a cappella stuff here. He declared that if he wants to do something a cappella it'd be done with Voiceplay. But he also plays all the instrumentals in his songs, through a keyboard and a number of plugins. 🙂 I'll let others give you more informations, will just add that he covers lots of old classics and songs that are older than him... And does it beautifully. See you next time!

Geoff is a force to be reckoned with. Check the description, you'll find that he does everything himself. He is the bass in the Acapella group Voiceplay. You will want to check them out. Trust me. Subscribed in anticipation of more Geoff and Voiceplay.

Geoff has such a gorgeous tone to all of his range. And not just a singer. He arranges his music himself. Then creates all of the instrumentals, soundscape and records himself singing all the parts. Meanwhile his wife is figuring location possibilities and possibly organizing costuming and props, although she seems to leave final decisions on that to him from what I can tell from Behind the Scenes on Patreon. In other words he also has a talent for visual art. Often in cases like this one where it was a rather simple setting and lighting they are the only ones involved except for the final audio mix. The acapella group where he sings bass also has guys who are really good at different parts of the filming process and for more complex settings and lighting he will sometimes utilize them. VPs tenor Eli (rhymes with jelly) is really great at programming the lights so the light changes at exactly the same spot in the music to help with how many times he must be filmed to splice the images together but that wasn’t needed here. Geoff and Kathy filmed this in about 6 hours or less because of the high price of this location. That means all the lighting, setting multiple cameras and then getting Geoff dressed, makeup and hair and lastly filmed a minimum of 5 times (although I think it was probably more to get those bits where we got zoom ins and outs). As someone who worked in advertising I am always amazed at how much they can do alone and how quickly. He even did all the video editing and dropped this to Patreon in under 4 days. And one of those days was Thanksgiving.

Yes, Geoff is pronounced like Jeff. He has a wide variety of songs including a big vocal range. Five Octaves... Might be Six now, not sure. He will multiply himself in most of his song, so they're all him. He is part of the a capella group Voiceplay as the bass singer. They have great stuff as well... Their known as the theater kids, you'll see them dress up.

Geoff and VoicePlay are independent and create their covers all by themselves. With VP, they all chip in to do the lighting, arrangements, etc. But, Geoff does everything himself. Of course, with the help of his wife. Overly talented. You'll enjoy both channels. Merry Christmas!

Fans have described his voice as honey poured over thunder. His deep lows have also been called Geoffquakes! To me, this version is like a dragon chorus serenading us in a cathedral belfry! He and his wife Kathy do almost everything in making his videos.

As a patron of Geoff and VoicePlay I subscribed for more amazing music on your channel ;-) I hope you will pick songs from them by yourself and don't let you only be steered by donations. Because you will find any genre on their channels - also a lot of gaming music. If you need more info about the arrangements or song please always have a look into their video discription. Also good headphones will give you much more enjoyment, especially with bass and acapella music. Have fun in this plushy and wonderful rabbit hole!

If you like epic Geoff - he's done 3 songs from the LOTR and Hobbit francises. As others have said, his acapella group Voiceplay is absolutely jaw-dropping and their genre range is huge - they do rock covers I love. Give more Geoff and Voiceplay a shot - they are kind to reactors. ⚘️🕊

Geoff has a long list of "solo" stuff. By solo I mean he does every part, visually and audibly. You need to check his songs! He has about a five octave range! Merry Christmas!
