Orteth tye omnibus’s collect all of the main green lantern books, not green lantern corps. However, the first one includes recharge as Geoff Johns wrote it. But no, the omnibus’s don’t include the main brightest day event as it isn’t too crucial, unlike Sinistro Corp war and Blacklist night which are included

I know this video is old but I got to issue 35 of Green lantern corps and when I started “rage of the read lanterns” in the regular Green Lantern run, saint walker is just chillin there with Hal Jordan and Sinestro has been abducted by Atrocitus. I stopped reading Corps because they brought in a red lantern into the scinecells so I figured I went too far since they hadn’t introduced red lanterns yet

You should read those two before you read The End if you don't read Alpha War and Willpower.

I disagree, Red Lantern and New Guardians should also be read once you start the New 52 era because elements of those runs are present in Geoff John's main run as well as that it makes ending for Geoff John's run even more satisfying.

Hey big question how am i supposed to know the table of contents in the omnibus i have the first one and assuming “what it collected “was the order of the book is that true for example it collects GREEN LANTERN rebirth 1-6 ,GREEN LANTERN CORPS:Recharge 1-5 etc.. will the first 5 issue of this book be REBIRTH then RECHARGE THE NEXT 5 issues then so on?

You are correct however that omnibus is missing a significant amount of issues from Green Lantern Corp. So be aware that you could be missing on some serious build up of characters going into Sinestro Corp. War. Plus not everyone can afford to shell out 75 bucks for one massive book and prefer collecting the story in more easier to read pieces.

It's solid. You can pick it up and it takes you up to Sinestro Corp. War. The only issue I have with it is that it only includes the first 5 issues of Green Lantern Corps. and the Green Lantern Corps. Sinestro Corp Wars tie ins. So you are going to be missing key issues of Green Lantern Corp. that are written by Dave Gibbons and Peter Tomasi. If you don't mind that pick it up. If you do you can always pick up the omnibus and fill in the Corp. issues with trades. Just know that some of those Corp. trades are out of print and can be expensive and hard to find.

Green Lantern: Wrath of the First Lantern Volume 1 (The New 52) and Green Lantern Volume 1: Sinestro So whats the difference? Im a little confused. Thank you.

If you're still looking, instocktrades.com sells them cheap if you're in the US. Otherwise check a local comic book store, bookstore or amazon. All the sites i've checked have them in stock.

For the first omnibus you will need all the trades leading up to the Sinestro Corp. War except Green Lantern Corp. Recharge.

should i be fine if i get green lantern: rebirth, green lantern: revenge of the green lanterns, green lanter: wanted hal jordan and sinestro corps war instead of getting green lantern corps and green lantern no fear. i don't want to read past sinestro corp war becuase those book are setting up a whole universe event and i don't like whole universe events

Zarar naseem Why would you want to skip no fear? It's part of the gl storyline and it's heavily referenced in revenge of the green lanterns. As for green lantern corps, it will enhance your experience but it's not needed
