Ive only stay in white sand beach at night. Couple of pubs with bands on and a few beer bars with pool tables. Beach front with Fire shows. Koh chang is quite laid back.

35 group is my favourite for traveling between Pattaya and Koh Chang, they are located near 3rd road and Pattaya South. hotel to hotel pick up, I never had any complaints.
