@@ranarajput7368 see in 90s when India was lagging in Hockey then the ministry decided to change it BUT OFFICIALLY THAT NEVER HAPPENED. IN an RTI filed asking national sport, NO CLEAR ANSWER WAS GIVEN no recognised sport was mentioned. AND RIGHT NOW I CALLED MINISTRY OF SPORTS INDIA, they connected me to the Office is SPORTS MINISTER; The answer I got for national sport was HOCKEY then I told them the story about RTI and about Centre not mentioning any sport as official, then HE SAID THAT UNION MINISTRY might be able to answer that but for saying IT IS HOCKEY.

As for the currency, people are banned from taking the cash out of the country. Tourist also can't take them as souvenirs. You have to exchange the currency at the Indian airports before boarding the flight. That's even applied to Indian citizens as well

ILLEGAL Slaughtering of Cow is offence, There are many Cow slaughter houses in India which operates legally and Eating beef is not offence... Indians usually prefer Farm Buffalo meat over Beef, Buffalo meat is superior in quality in comparison to Cow meat. Buffalo meat is lower in calories and fat than beef is, and higher in protein and tastes better than beef.
