That is not a map of the 'North Pole'. It's a map of a 'pole', of an ancient way of mapping. You have to understand these maps are created from written descriptions of older accounts, so they are way out of scale. You can find the actual places today if you put the water level to 400 meters in a flood map. Just find a mountain surrounded by four huge landmasses.

Before asking people to read "books that are not fantasy" and then presenting them with the Bible, perhaps you should have read yourself some literature that does not only stem from an insular neo-Christian (most likely evangelical) dogmatic point of view. In fact, you might get some insight into reading about the Gnostics, from which stems Christianity, and what original philosophies and ideologies they had (; Next, read up about how numerous cataclysms have likely occurred in the world, notably about 12 000 years ago (works by Pliny the elder, Herodotes and even the Bible mentions the deluge). Search online about how Greenland, exactly 12,000 years ago, was hit by a meteorite the size of Los Angeles, then follow up by reading that it so happened that the last mass extension event happened around the same time. Using the power of your little grey cells, you can easily conclude that there was definitely civilisation long before what we call "history" or "pre-history" and that a cataclysm or multiple of them caused such civilisations to disappear or become submerged by rising seas. I am a Christian and believer, when you read the Bible it said God created water above and under the firmament. And the heavens above the earth.it also said the sun rises and goes down. It seems like the sun is moving around the earth and the earth is not moving. We learned in school that the earth is going with this enormous speed around the sun and we don't feel it and how does all this water doesn't move and why don't we see different stars on the way, if the earth is flat and around it is dome or a bubble, to keep the sun rays from coming in. And it has a radiation hemisphere. Then come the stars and planets. Then comes a wall of water and beyond that is the kingdom of God. I don't think man is able to fly outside of our hemisphere. I don't think there is anything that has been built to protect against the radioactive. When the Apollo came back, wouldn't it be radioactive on the outside. And still people were helping getting the astronaut out without anything to protect them. I don't think we have seen any real pictures of the earth. If we find out that the earth is flat, it would mean that everything we were taught in school was a lie build up on more lies. No wants to stand up and tell the truth or they are not allowed to tell the truth. For me it is interesting to learn and to be open for new opinions.

This is also why the magnetic "north pole" isn't a stationary point. It's constantly moving within the Arctic Circle. On some years, the magnetic "north pole" is on northern Canada. At other years it's on Greenland or northern Russia.

Thank you for the info. What do you think of the validity of the Mercator map, and the tale of the 4 rivers and the black magnetic rock and the ships being destroyed and swept away, never to be seen? I find it incredibly interesting, especially the way the four isles are broken up with mountains surrounding the entire circumference. That is a major tell for an impact and the authenticity of the work I’d David Deal. The Day Behemoth and Leviathan Died is the greatest work on the current state of earth geology.

Huh... I always figured it must have been some kind of attempt to parallel the four rivers in the biblical Garden of Eden story. @@B1GFUR Hello my friend if i say to much you would never believe me or i would be blocked like so many times before but the so called north pole is not at the top of the world but the very center of it which they move magnetic north so many miles per year also with the use of weather modification they can keep the surrounding area frozen to keep the masses in the dark but as far as the floating rocks that slowly spin and when they turn a certain way give off a beautiful purple sort of mirror like glow on the bottom but the mountains to the right kind of cuts you off from a full view of the nights sky and the currents are moving very rapidly so getting close to central mountain from the south seems impossible as three other rivers are feeding it from the north,west and east and honestly i could not see much of the waters from the north as the mountain was blocking my view nor could i say that it was a black rock but more like a grey snow colored that covered it almost in the shape of a pyramid completely surrounded by water but yes i know that sounds crazy and i was just a little kid with the second time being the crazy part as their was two bronze or stone looking guardians that was around a 100 foot tall that rushed to us so fast saying we shall not pass but they did not attack only denied entry.Many years later after seeing movies like Avatar with the floating mountains which is based off old Hinduism script i realized how protected this place is and how many has been their.Honestly it is hard to even talk about you bottle it up as a child and do what your told to do but when you see so many movies and hear so many song that are related slowly it eats at you.Those floating rocks was not just randomly all over the sky they was in perfect order like the mountain was guiding them to travel slowly in a circling path around it with somewhere between twenty and no more then thirty making such a slow gentle spin.I never even one time touched any part of the land.

Star navigation. Many sailors during the Medieval and Renaissance ages used Polaris, the northern star, as a north waypoint. Sail towards Polaris, then you're sailing north. Sail away directly opposite from Polaris, then you're sailing south.
