On October 15th 2014 Geography now embarked on a mission to create informative profiles on every member country of the UN starting with the Afghanistan episode. Little did anyone know that it would take 10 years to complete. It's been the most amazing journey that has given me some of the best people in my life and truly unforgettable stories. I want to thank anyone and everyone that has ever been a part of the show whether it was a brief cameo or a full on co-hosting segment. You guys really do make up the channel because you guys are the world. I hope you enjoy this final chapter in this series. This truly was the most amazing thing I've ever accomplished and it's all thanks to you. -Barbs.

A one-of-a-kind channel with an unbelievable mission - nothing like this can ever be replicated. Hats off to you, Barbs! What you’ve done is truly remarkable, and I think we can all agree that these unique country episodes will leave an everlasting legacy on this platform. I can’t wait to see what the future brings, but I know it will be entertaining, educational, and a joy to watch. Also, can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m sad that the class is dismissed.

Paul. You are a legend mate. I have watched this channel religiously and have seen it evolve over the years. In that time I've gone from being a secondary school teacher in my 1st year to being at the same school 10 years. This is my first time coming across this channel (the algorithm did it's things). I am a Zimbabwean in South Africa. I have got to say i was super super impressed with the level.of research that went into this. You literally distilled an entire country (the good, the bad and just the facts) into an hour and I honestly can't fault anything. Because of how good this was (and how I know how good it was) I am quite confident if I need to do research on any country, starting here will very likely give me a very good overview of that country. This was a really good watch!

I had forgot to subscribe for a few days, if that puts it into perspective, but I did try to catch every episode in my free time. When I work on a writing project where the characters go across countries/ludicrous distances on the globe, your channel has always been the first place I turn to (I even made a homage to it in a Vietnam scene where you did that thing with the gulping water) because it's so enjoyable, it keeps my attention, and I can follow along with how you present the information better than I can most other sources. Wherever you go next or whatever you do next, I send well-wishes to you!

This is a moment for the KZbin history book! I never comment on videos but I have to this time. I found this channel back when I was 16 and i had to do a project for English class about Australia and I came across the Australia episode. I’m now 26 and holy hell has a lot happened in 10 years. It’s a long time, and the fact that this series is just now ending sets things into perspective. I’m happy to have been along for such a long time and I will surely stick around to see what will happen in the future!

Cheez, the end of an era. I am also impressed with myself to watch over 190 videos describing each and every single countries in the world. Following u was a very good and exciting journey and can wait to see what you got in mind for the next chapter. I was around 10 years old when I started watching you. You've already had 3 years of experience and given the amount of videos you already did, I had no choice but to beliebe in you. I'll be honest and say that if I would started when you started, i would be like: ''pff, no way he finishes this'', guess i would've been wrong. I started watching u out of curiousity and I became addicted. Seeing you evolve was great, learning about geography, history and distinct cultures satisfied me. Thank You. That last part made me very emotional, the nostalgia almost made me cried.

I started watching this series as a 9th grader in 2014 and it felt like it would be such a longggg time until you made it to the country my family is from( Somalia). Now I’m an airline pilot traveling the world and still just as obsessed with Geography Now. This series honestly may have been the only constant in my teens and now early 20s. Thanks Barbs for all the fun times!!!

Man oh man, we have reached the final episode. I can’t believe it just happened! We made it! We made it to Zimbabwe! I can’t believe it happened! One of my first episodes I watched from Geography Now (I believe) was Denmark. I was a teenager when I first watched the series around a decade ago. As a young kid who loved Geography and wanted to learn more, no other channel at the time offered good Geography like you did, Paul. Now, I am an adult entering my next stage of life and have traveled to many different parts of the world. I would like to say thank you, Paul and others on the show, for all these years. Your channel was informative, entertaining, and fun. Glad to have been apart of this wild journey. It must’ve been a difficult accomplishment. You had both great and not so great times. The good and the bad. In times of triumph and times of despair. However, it takes pure dedication to teach your love of Geography to the world on every country on the planet. But the truth of it all, it has not only made a huge impact in my life but just about every life in all corners of the globe. To reiterate, thank you, Paul, for everything and others who contributed to monumental feat. It has been a wild ride and I’m glad I was part of the journey. I’m excited to see the next chapter of your journey and see what’s in store for us in the future. So once again, thank you Paul for everything you’ve done, not for me but around the world. Best of luck to your future endeavors. Can’t wait to see what’s next! God Bless.

These episodes shaped me from a young teenager with almost no geography knowledge to a young man with rather massive geography knowledge. This show, alongside many other forms of educational content on other KZbin channels, has given me a large amount of knowledge about and interest in all the wondrous places and people on this giant, beautiful mess of a planet we call our home. So thank you Barbs for all that you've accomplished with the show. And just know that I, alongside many others, will stick around for whatever you decide to do next.

Thank you Barbs, Hannah, Keith, Noah, Art, Kaleb, all who helped with graphic and inspired this channel, and the numerous countrymen and women who guest appeared in this channels history. You have educated well, helped share cultures, and you have helped with the loneliness of a kid from a biggish city to feel like a part of a community that has a common love of one thing. A lot can be said about feeling connected to people over the internet but this little corner of the web is a fortress of solitude for me. Thanks. I look forward to what’s to come. 💚💙
