Definitely and interesting game mode with lots of potential but there are certainly still some issues with it. Hope you enjoyed my live thought process as I was going through the rounds though :)

What would be the point of not taking your best guess? Then you see your second guess takes you further away, so you just click where you originally click to get back to your initial distance.

Seems like one of the biggest clues is not the surroundings, but the car. It would be interesting to see a "No Car" round, since it is often a determining factor.

Great question. For me it has to be Latin America. So much diversity in terms of landscape and lots to offer in terms of history and culture. I'd especially like to go to the Andes of Peru and Bolivia, such a remote but beautiful area. And I also really love visiting historical towns, especially smaller ones that give off a quaint and charming vibe. There are so many that not many people know about but which are stunning. Here's a few of the best I've found: San Miguel de Allende and Valle de Bravo in Mexico, Antigua in Guatemala, Villa de Leyva and Popayan in Colombia, Coro in Venezuela, Zaruma in Ecuador, Urubamba and Huamachuco in Peru, Yotala and Tarabuco in Bolivia, San Pedro de Atacama and Pisco Elqui in Chile, Tilcara and Iruya in Argentina, Colonia del Sacramento in Uruguay, and Ouro Preto, Sao João del Rei and Diamantina in Brazil.

If you play well in the other rounds you could spend atleast 5 guesses, if its one of the later rounds, now then you would always go through, you just have to spread your guesses.

I mean thats why there are multiple guesses. If you know the location, you just spread out your guesses and you have a better chance to get it since it takes your closest guess. I There is still some luck involved but at least its less.

I think the idea is if you get closest a lot of times by knowing locations others don't, you build up multiple guesses and can use them on the guess everyone knows to get an advantage by spreading out your pin placements.

I think I was in the first game you played, but went out before it got to the korea round I also think that many guesses is problematic, I had a final round where me and the other guy instantly knew that it was the coastside of colombo, the entire time it was just guess after guess and I won because I was like 20m closer, not really much skill involved there

Hi. This popped up in my feed - probably because I was looking at other geoguessrs playing the new game mode. I am very impressed by you skills. However....! You microphone is terrible. The constant popping and banging made it unpleasant to listen to. I suggest a new microphone or a pop shield or a high-pass filter. Or all of those. If I left it there it would be too negative.
