Yes, the dots are slightly oblong. To make them 100% round, set the first dash to 0 pt instead of 1 pt :)

@tutvid Nice Work with this effect. There is a quite underrated tool in Illustrator called the "Color Artwork" tool. I use it all the time and i think it would be a great topic to cover. As an example instead of using the script on the second version just use any swatch colors to randomly fill the artwork with that tool. Just a thought :) Keep up the good work btw

Do you know if you can change the dots to be a specific shape you assign? Me personally I'd like to try a pattern with hearts but this is my first time using Illustrator

I know how to fix this weird non rounded dots, solution is very simple set dash to 0 instead of 1 point xD I've tried 0,5 it was better and I thought what will give me 0 and it is perfect circle.

Hi @tutvid. I get to the point about 13 minutes into the video, i can add a new set of colours to the group but when i re-apply the mask the whole group looses its colour, still has its shape but no colout at all!! I even tried adding a new mask but this didnt work either. Could anyone help?
