Groves has been through knockout losses, an early stoppage, a loss which a lot of people felt was undeserved, and has been through the tragedy of permanently damaging an opponent, and still came back to become a champion. As a teenager, Eubank was sent over to the Mayweather gym, alone to essentially have the dream beaten out of him- he's still fighting. He's been in hostile environments, experienced defeat and has also permanently injured an opponent. They're both as mentally hardened as they're going to get. This fight came at the right time, and this tournament has been great for boxing. I hope to see more of them in different divisions.
