And then Friar Park happened...spooky, mad place...according to Pattie that's where things got really heavy for George, along with the responsabilities and burden of Apple records, something in that place. With this home he was so much humble and down to earth. Pattie said he began to lose his mind in Friar. :/

Callit: According to "Behind The Locked Door" by Thomson George was an apprentice for a short time and never did any actual electrical work but was assigned clean-up type work. I don't think I'd trust him to rewire anything! It just struck me funny how a third of the video is on this lamp thing...

just can't get over the wood panel walls and electric stove top. we moved to a newer house in 1967 that was called a gold medallion all electric house- it had wood panel walls and those awful slow electric stove tops. 'live better electrically' started about 1965 - it was just a gimmick long before micro waves ovens. but also that pin stripped shirt - just like the beach boys wore on tv a year or two before. i can't get over how these photos show his home and life were not as great as i thought.
