Crazy thing is that he got much better this offseason due to Yoga and other things. Between his first and second season he greatly improved his strength and stamina. He's also stronger this year.

So how come Shanahan didn't do this well on any of the other teams he was on? Kittle is a top 5 pass catcher, number 1 TE. The 1 year he had a consistant qb he set every TE record, that was his 3rd year in the league. Shanahan is good, but players make plays.

Kittle's speed, moves, hands, and YAC are all top level. And he's a tremendous blocker. You could make a great highlight video of Kittle smashing defenders as he opens holes for the running backs. Best tight end in football, period!

As a Eagles fan. The 49ers have so many traits of the eagles roster. Great upside in the trenches. Offensive scheme, coaching, Playmakers on offense and QB. Give this team a scoring lead. They will be fun to watch for sure. 👌

Good catch. How they build their roster reminds me of Howie Roseman philosophy. Draft trenches players every year in round 1, make sure to have an starting and backup QB. WR, RB who not necessarily are superstars but they fit their offensive scheme. And of course, use the TE as a versatile weapon.

You can’t run zone against people this smart...reminds me a lot of Jordy Nelson because he reads the defense knows just what move to pull even though it’s fast it’s more important how smooth it’s run. Then the defense isn’t savvy to it. Jordy used to look at the safety and cut the seam and power over a poor corner that thought he had help

The only thing about Kittle is that for all his skills he should get in the end zone more. I know he's more of an open field YAC blow the lid off the secondary type of TE. But think his OC needs to use him better in Red Zone situations. For his skill set he should easily have around 10 Tds each year.
