This is the icing (solo) on the cake (song), which is already (the demoversion, I heared before) delicious ! George Kollias and Rusty Cooley .... that´s like ...well... if Napoleon and Wellington joined forces !
The best drummer you are! Hellas Power ! George, will Theodore Ziras be in the good album of yours?

If you think Rusty Cooley can't bend strings. You're an idiot.

Dear Rusty friend, please dont fuck the song up! It was pretty awesome already. You didn't seem much like you knew what you were doing there. Put some melody into it instead of 500 notes a second. Thank you.

This is a perfect example of what annoys me with Rusty. yes, you can play super fast. Good for you, you practice you'r scales over and over again for 21 hours a day for 20 years straight. Now, I have a challenge for you.....try playing some music.
@TheShiAkuma9 жыл бұрын
That's music dude! Music is for everyone different and that's his definition of it! I'm pretty sure he loves to play like this and is definitely proud of it :) That is the important thing!
@psychosavant2019 жыл бұрын
except when he plays, it sounds like nothing. he can't write a song to save his life

PsYcHO SaVaNT and what about you? Can you write a song to save your life?
@horriblequin9 жыл бұрын
dude, he is not only a fast player, he knows the whole instrument and he teaches it and that includes the acoustic guitar, but well people who is a failure in life always try to destroy the success of others

Sure, there is speed here but this is too arbitrary. Please listen to the solo from the track "Beyond the Flesh" by Disincarnate for a lesson on a very soulful reason to play a lead. kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJbbgaxtoqllmpI There is real magic, finesse, etherial otherworldiness, and yes, also key runs of speed to that solo, when it asks for it and when its meant to be there.

... Sometimes I wonder, if playing an instrument is even any fun anymore when you've reached a level of skill like this dude. I mean there's basically nothing you can't do anymore so ._.* Meanwhile, Imma go back to practising the Intro of Unearth's "My will be done" at 30% of its regular speed.

What an ignorant statement. "Nothing more you can't do"?

It's vwry fun because he can literally play whatever comes to his head. Like imagine thinking of a sick ass riff and IMMEDIATELY being able to play it

blvcklite2ill Within the rather limited parameters of his style, sure. There's an entire universe outside of this little sandbox, whatever you want to call it.

Daniel Rego exactly..... there's always more.... this is the beauty of progress. satisfaction is the death of desire. to accept that there's nothing more to learn, guarantees that nothing more will be learned.
