Hmm.. he begins by saying that choosing curtain colour isn't art, but then later says laying a table has artistic impulses. Not convinced about his modernist theory that art is what comes from inside. If that were the case then feeling sad is art.

Let's say there is a homeless dead person in the street. some people going by just give it a look without even stopping, others pause a minute disconcerted, others linger on struck still or keep moving around it to check any detail , some get more out of it by connecting to the universal human condition, in a way that speak personally to them, an artistic picture or symbol that speaks deeply more than words can ever say... There might be other emotions as many as each person draws from this tragic encounter but this last one for me makes the picture go beyond it's sadness and connects deeply with you own personal and unique condition, that's when we are in a world of spirituality or art
