The world is a poorer place without him. Glad he’s left us such a wonderful legacy of music. This is a great upload…thank you.

Yes, it’s a double edged sword. I could listen to stories George tells about his early childhood and influences all day but then I remember he was taken from us too early and my heart sinks.

I could listen to George all day long. I love the little snippets of his home movies. George was another silly young boy, so cute! George is the kind of man that you wish you could have been his friend. So honest, thoughtful, funny, can laugh at himself, intelligent, humble & kind. You can't get any better than that! We have his beautiful music, that beautiful voice, & the memories, Yes the memories. Yet, we don't have the continuation of the seasons of his life, like this. George is for me a comfort, a safe place, someone I feel I can relate to & understand. just an all-around good friend. Just to hear his stories & experiences. To laugh with him & confide in him. I know he'd be a treasured friend. I guess I could say that already. Thank You for sharing this with us. I would welcome any more that you would come up with. LOL, BK 💖

I Love that George acknowledge Andrew , saying that his career possibly would have never existed without Andrews determination, that they were going to form a band and make it big.
@krismilko10 ай бұрын
I was looking if anyone noticed that part. It was definitely a sliding doors moment for both of them. Had Andrew not befriended new kid, Georgios under his wing, their lives would have taken a different trajectory. It's crazy to think what would have happened with Andrew and George's career and life, if George would still be alive today, but I'm extremely grateful for the music that they both blessed us with.

And, he did kind of end up in certain ways between Tom Jones and the Supremes, Tom Jones was heavily influence by R&B which a lot of people are unaware of - there are many good examples of some of his amazing R&B tunes and duets with R&B greats here on youtube - there's also a great one with him and Janis Joplin - So sad and such a shame George M. couldn't have enjoyed as long a life as Jones still has - Could have been so many more years of great, emotional beautiful music. It is so true at times: the good die young....
