Without a doubt, Tomlin needs to go. Ben called him out when he retired saying the reason the Steelers get bounced out in the playoffs is because Tomlin would let certain players not participate in practice at all. They didn’t even have to come to the building.

The Steelers are not a good team! The Defense is good but the offense is not! Pickens is a top 20 WR but not consistent or reliable. No other WR on the roster is a top 100 WR.
