He at one instance fired a salvo at a colonialist who had come within his arc of fire, just to paraphrase, "Woe and wilt upon Britannia that she chooses to export her vilest sons to civilize Africa!" CMG (Clement Michael George), endearing christened (Chiedo Mor Gem) by his constituents of Gem, was the first black Kenya Lawyer to be admitted to the bar. Argwings Kodhek, represented MauMau in court by offering pro-bono services.
George Ramogi mourns him painfully following his tragic and suspect road accident along what is now called Argwings Kodhek road. This dirge is a fine piece of art by George Ramogi-- a pioneer Benga artist and one of the best musicians Kavirondo has ever produced.

I saw Tom mboya as one of the pearl bearers, he's late now. Jaramogi Oginga odinga was there, he's now late, Mzee homo Kenyatta also attended, he's late now... Me too When my time comes also I will rest from this troublesome 😊wicked world!!!

what a sad moment it was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was in primary 7 preparing for CPE. Kodhek had set very high standards that most of us in GEM emulated and decided that hard work pays but GOD has a destiny for each of us. RIP Ja kagola ma Malanga

I can see Thomas Odhiammbo Mboya (TOM) among the pearl bearers. Hii hakuwa na ukabila kama sasa. Had Kenyatta followed Nyerere's slogan l, we'd be better.
