George Ribeiro's Fleet Bi-Plane

Owner George Ribeiro's 1/3rd scale electric powered Fleet Bi-Plane maiden flight was held on July 30th at the Salinas Area Modelers Club field. This 1930's model was built by Richard Tacklind and piloted by Jerry Arana. It's wing span is 111 inches and weighs 37 pounds. The motor is a Rimfire 65 on twelve cells.
