But apparently, George missed that memo and decided to channel his inner speed demon, zooming through a "slow" lap like he’s auditioning for Fast & Furious: Pit Lane Pandemonium. What does this do? It creates a dangerous situation by driving way (!!) too fast toward the cars ahead of him. Now, this sort of high-octane nonsense ought to be punished, right?
