George is the epitome of taking your life and molding it to your will and truly living. I love how he has made sure that his Star Trek time is both a part of him but doesn't define him. I wish all TV/movie stars could learn from this. It's so depressing seeing those that live 40-50 years out as booth jockeys at conventions, always awaiting that next big breakout role instead of trailblazing forward into other avenues and letting Hollywood try and keep up with them and not the other way around.

actually, the first time George was on Stern was a phone call... not in person... it's right after Stern interviewed Joan Rivers in the studio... Stern's producer even corrected Stern on how to say George's last name, "T'Kay as in Say"... the weird thing is that, during that phone call, when George called to promote his book To The Stars, and talked about how much he hated Shatner, during that call, Fred (Stern's sound man) played the soundbite of OH MY... so I think the Howard Stern show made the catchphrase famous, for sure, but George may have said it some other place... or else they wouldn't have had it on tape during George's first call..
