Totally agree that these cars should be used regularly and I also subscribe to the repair as needed approach. Just been out in mine earlier - she goes out in any weather! Not let me down yet. So far so good and I always come home with a smile on my face. Good to see George running so well and nice work on fixing the leak!

Agree we should use our classic cars as much as possible - they drive better for it in my view. My regular car is a bit older than yours - 1934 Austin 7, goes out in all weathers and gets used. When we are prevented from driving them, they can't all go into museums so they will end up being scrapped - so I am very much in the camp of use and enjoy while we still can! You probably don't notice it, but your passenger windscreen wiper blade is clapping the rubber! Had you thought about getting a heated front screen, you are lucky that these are available for your car (wish they were for mine) and that would make wet-weather driving that much more pleasant! Hi 👋 1934 nice one mate. It will soon be hard to find E5 fuel slowly getting rid of the older cars on the road. I've owned some nice cars and they sat in garage months on end. That's not what I want get out and have some enjoyment soon we won't be able to find fuel at a affordable price. Thanks for watching and thanks for the comment 🤓👍

@@woowoo883classiccars I have been using E10 now since August 2021 in the Austin 7, done about 11,000 miles since then, not any issues so far. I think problems could arise when the car is used infrequently and fuel tanks can rust out - all the more reason to use the cars as often as possible!
