If it is not George Town, then it is definitely not Pulau Pinang... Exact? Far from it! Where is Teluk Kumbar, Balik Pulau, Teluk Bahang? U walk to these places, u must be kidding... I have lived in this place longer than touch-n-go tourist living in Prestige Hotel....
