Key is actually a fashion designer! He's done collabs with other artists here and there and he also received his Master's of Culture and Education Contents Development at Woosuk University. His Master's thesis was titled "The Influence of Styling Education on Appearance Satisfaction and Self-Esteem of Korean Adolescents". Also, In 2015 SHINee's label (SM Entertainment) actually appointed Key as one of the label's fashion Directors and he's taken part in designing SHINee's concert outfits ever since (as far as clothes for their or his solo music videos, I am unsure). He also used to be a special editor for Elle Korea and had his own bi-weekly column called "Key Story" where he shared his tips on fashion and various other related topics. He's definitely been incredibly close to fashion for some time now which is something I really love about him

Once Key couldn't attend b/c he was in Japan, so he dressed up as Voldemort, makeup and everything, took a picture, and sent over a life sized cardboard cut out of himself to go in his place. A legend. SHINee has a Halloween inspired music video! It's 'Married to the Music' and it's sooo fun.

the bag that Key is wearing in the first look with the red coat is a YSL sac du jour in the largest size they have I believe, you can see from the little button lock case hanging from the clochette and the accordion sides compared to a birkin that has a sliding lock cover and a less severe accordion side, you can also see because the birkin has hardware on in on the side straps (they're called sangles) and the turn lock and also the flap like you mentioned as well as where the handles attach to the main body of the bag, hermes uses a chevron ending where as YSL's is square. Though the man does own a birkin maybe 2 a 30 or 35cm and one in one of the luggage sizes.

He was so ambitious. He loved trying out everything. He has said, after he came back from the military, that he wants to focus now more on one look and complete it. Rather than being all over the place. He feels too old for a lot of looks now but he cares a lot about it still. Fashion king. 👑 He has said he doesn’t care so much about fashion in his daily life It’s more about presenting a look as an artist. On stage and in airports and at shows. But in his daily life he is way more basic. I really like his confidence and he can truly pull off anything.

AHH yes my favorite human ever, the almighty Kim Kibum!! Key is actually one of SM ent's fashion director, and he used to be the brand ambassador for Jill Stuart. He also did a collab with fashion designer, Irene Kim for the brand CHARMS. He has several videos explaining his thought process when designing outfits for SHINee and it's very fascinating to watch! I remember one interview where he brought his 32-page ppt print out report detailing the objectives, messaging, creative pegs and proposed design for their Japan tour outfits!

I think we've all mentioned it in the Don't Call Me video, but Key always has lots of input on the outfits they wear for both their MVs and their concerts. His approach to fashion is all about being bold and owning what you wear. He definitely has that attitude, I wish I had 1% of his self-confidence, hah. He even makes Marge Simpson's dress look good. My favorite look is definitely that second, monochromatic look you mentioned. That jacket and those pants are just amazing. I love them so much. It reminds me a lot of Japanese street wear. My only problem is that I'm not a huge fan of those shoes. I'm not a fashion expert so I don't know what I'd prefer... but maybe something a bit more matte? It looks reminiscent of the big, blocky shoes you see in Japanese street wear but is just too close to a loafer for my taste. (Not that I have anything against loafers but the rest of the outfit is so... unique that it just seems a bit boring by comparison. That could just be the angle though and it's DEFINITELY just my very humble, uneducated opinion. ;;;;;>.>)
