Don't forget jhope did the mini skirt over jeans as well. Come to think of it, I think they've all worn skirts at some point, In photo editorials, on red carpets and just walking around. It was a total thing for them a few years ago.

I feel like RM is the OG fashionista of the group. When they were all younger RM was the one that already was all about outfits, fashion, experimenting trends. Even posting 'outfit of the day' on twitter... While the others were all towards street wear (their hip hop dancers vibes), so he kinda inspired the others to put more effort on it and try new things 🥰🥰

Actually, I remember RM saying in an interview that his fashion has gotten better because during the early days, he used to just throw outfits together. In a Junne 20 2020 interview (but i feel like it was mentioned again more recently.... i could be wrong) Jungkook said it was actually Suga that used to dress up alot in the early days and wear alot of Fedoras with his outfits.

RM is very versatile, I would say that RM is the manifestation of all the members. He doesn't fit into one color, he's very natural and straightforward at times, and at other times he comes off as a rich millionaire and company owner.

For the airport, his footwear makes sense...especially considering this was a time when you had to take off your shoes. These offer a quick and easy process...all he had to do is slip his feet out, instead of having to untie shoes, take them off, put in basket to go through scanner, and take time on the other side of security to put on and retie again. It is truly a headache wearing normal shoes at an airport..

BTS RM also sometimes wear skirt in public challenging gender roles and I love it. You can also search for bts in corset, in fishnet etc and they don’t care if the shoe or bag is for women or not. If they like it, they got it 👌RM style over years changed a lot he use to wear a lot of black goth and grunge kind of look but these days he is very casual and wear a lot more colors. I would say RM’s style changed the most out of all BTS members

I think both RM and Jhope have a wonderful fashion sense. RM has great legs for shorts and he often wears them. You should check out RM and Jhope wearing skirts over pants. They looked great! Also search for RM's look at one of the award shows (GMA). He totally rocked a long black overcoat. He looked majestic and hot from head to toe!

I think is all about phases, RM is the one who was already interested in fashion since pretty much the beginning of BTS, so he has worn more "I'm-totally-into-fashion" showy outfits before 🤣🤣🤣 But nowdays he kinda of changed his approach to things more subtle. Jin, JK and SUGA are also known to wear more simple outfits... And, of course, for all the boys, they wear these outfits to show it after all, so yes, it doesn't need to be "casual" is like the only oportunity to officially show off their own fashion game without the stylist crew getting involved. They often say how important the "airport outfit" is.

He said he once got told off by his mother for using that canvass eco bag, thought it was tacky and didn't match his clothes well. He said it was a convenient bag but acknowledged his mother's opinion anyway. After all, it's his mother who taught him how to dress well. It's funny that you talk about RM'S bag being impossible to find your ticket in. RM has a reputation for losing his passport. He lost his passport in Finland and had leave the group and go back home. In Chile, he misplaced his passport and was held on the plane until it was found.
