Here is a brief overview of my fashion background. It was my childhood dream to become a designer so I started studying fashion around the age of 13/14. I attended an art school before going onto university where I specialised in menswear design. After graduating I went into the industry, gaining a wealth of knowledge in production and buying, working with affordable brands, contemporary designers and British heritage labels.

For hair growth I can attest to the efficiency of Barm tablets (levure de bière aka yeast in French). It really works. It's also good for nails but for me this wasn't effective, only for my hair growth. As always great reaction, thanks.

Each cover is expressing different genres of music. Including jazz, hip hop, punk, and British rock. Jungkook was the creative director and he’s spoken about wanting to try different styles of music in the future so it makes sense given the context

The theme is four music genres: Jazz, Hip Hop, 70's Punk, and 90's British Rock. I found the images very much in line with the four themes, especially if you also watch the corresponding videos for each them. The RR is a status symbol in the Hip Hop community, along with the bling. It makes sense to me. Junk Kook was the creative director so he chose the clothing and details for each of the themes and sets. I especially love the Charles Jeffrey Loverboy plaid suit with the leg straps. As JK does so often, choosing Loverboy is yet another nod from him to a Queer designer.

I went into this editorial already knowing that jk was channeling four different music styles, so it made sense for me. But I can see how it can be confusing if you’re unaware. He looks absolutely incredible though, this shoot was a million times better than his Dazed shoot… (minus the cover lol)

4 different covers, 4 different music genres and thats the emphasis. Classical music, punk rock, hip hop/R&B (like fresh prince) and country (i think/tassles). The creative director for this project is jungkook, jungkook emphasised that as a soloist, he wants to try every genre and in this concept he shows this. It might not make sense at first without context tho. In my opinion this concept is genius!

I’ve worked in magazines (GQ ) and totally get what you say. Each image is great on its own, and there is a connecting narrative (different musical genres) which speaks to his incredible versatility and talent as an artist, but agree 100% you can’t tell how these images work together until you have seen the actual magazine layout. Each image looks like a single page but if laid out as spreads then it would be a whole new ballgame. Can’t say for sure without seeing the magazine.

Well the magazine or the covers/pictures were never meants to flow together, Jungkook was the creative director for this and he said he wanted everything to be completely different, to not box him in, and to show that he can rock any and all genres of music, that was what connected everything, each cover/picture represented a different genre of music. Jazz, Hip-Hop, Punk and British Rock. He didn't want them to be the same, so that was done on purpose, it was a stylistic choice on his part.

I’m speaking from a purely technical point about how magazine features are laid out on a flat plan.

Jungkook is the creative director for this entire shoot he chose these concepts, styles etc to link with each music genre he was trying to express. the one with the Mercedes and jewelry is hip hop concept. this may be a hint at the genres he will try for his album or any other music projects.

From what I understand, Each look is supposed to represent a different musical genre. JK said he wants to try all the music genre's and Master each one of them. I believe he mentioned that in the interview. I know it was mentioned in Vogues video clip of his photo shoot. So the vibes of each look do go with the theme of the shoot, because each genre of music represents a different look. So I hope that clarifies.

I like cover three, but really like the quilted trousers. The jeans in the punk look appear to be refurbished/recycled from straight cut with inserts into the leg seams. It would be fun to try creating something like this.

George - I chopped off my hair in Autumn 2019 down to 1 inch due to damage. Use a deep conditioner [Queene Helene-my brand choice] every other week. It's very thick, so mix with a regular conditioner to thin it. Place on hair, using a shower cap keep it on at least an hour. *warning you will get warm- it means it's working. Then sparingly use Mielle [brand name] Rosemary Mint Scalp & Hair Strengthening Oil. A very little goes a long way. Good luck!

Regarding the JK Rolls Royce cover it is an homage to American Hip Hop culture. It show the partnership & juxtaposition of urban street wear and opulent wealth {car, diamonds, extremely bored expression, and poses}. The entire photo shoot is a tribute inspired by love and respect that JK and BTS has for the culture. As it is celebrating it's 50th anniversary it also show JK's awareness and respect. As for the 4 covers it is showing his diversity and love of multiple genres/ stylings of music. It is giving the artistic tastes, vibes, and visual cues associated with each genre.

Punk 100%. I wish JK would rock the grunge look again. Put his piercings all back, his hair grown out. I think how he looked before was his real identity. He looked comfortable and powerful. I feel like he definitely didnt want his look now. He seemed like he was pretty uncomfortable when he came on live with the short hair and explaining it.

The punk vibes absolutely slay, all of those shots. They made me want to go shopping! I think that Ralph Lauren plaid jacket was the next best look. Not a fan of the black and white shot of the suit with the corsage; I get a feeling that the colour could have made the shot. The shot with the guitar reminds me of Johnny Cash, and that's all I can see. Imagine JungGook dressed as in the Rolls Royce pics but with a skate park halfpipe: that would turn it from a car ad into an editorial, ya know?

Hi George! Head over to your local health food store or such, and pick up a bottle of Biotin. It's one of the B-vitamins, and it helps encourage growth of hair and nails. Also, there are a lot of hair/skin/nails formulas on the market. The employees at the health food store or vitamin shoppe will be able to guide you to the right product! (I take 10,000 of Biotin daily and my hair grows like crazy!) Good luck! It won't be long before your hair grows out and is healthy again! You look fabulous as a brunette!

I heard that using the water you rinsed your rise before cooking is a great potion for hair grows. You rinse your hair in it after washing the hair. I never tried… I shave my hair to 7-9 mm so I don’t need a potion for hair growing.

The Mercedes pics are about hip hop in the 90s. Everyone was wearing Mercedes emblem chains or driving Mercedes. The car was in songs and videos so it makes sense if you get these are all about different music scenes/genres.

Maybe a not so nice comment but hair repaire is mostly a myth😅 like hair and nails are dead cells mostly so the only that these repair things do are maintain it and not make it worse, the thing that needs to be done is care for the roots and just not do anything to make it worse and many ingedience in these product that say they repaire hair only do something on the outside of the hair and not inside so the effect is not longterm changing the hair😅 Thats also why if you have bleached blond hair one of the tips to maintain it to say as healthy as possible is to keep hairstyles simple for example rosé having more sinple Hairstyles and the hair down more often than anything braided or high ponytails

Like he wanted to try ALL the ideas/themes but instead of that variety working for the artistic value it kind of worked against it. Less is more. That said, he looks hot in every shot so editorially it may not work for me but as a human I say hubba hubba
