I don't think I have heard this piece before. Thanks George for introducing it. And to perform this for the elderly at the nursing home is very commendable. You and Andrew are 2 awesome kids.

Thanks to George I'm listening to a lot more piano repetoire than I would have otherwise. Two things surprise me. One is how many peices I've heard before. The other is how many I've never heard before.

A beautiful performance of Schubert's masterpiece for piano.

George, what a masterful performance of Schubert's most challenging work!! Having played it myself, I am aware of all the hurdles in this work. You surmounted all these effortlessly in your stride. Your playing has developed greater maturity and your individulaity shines through. Even though your virtuosity is tightly controlled you communicate your wonderful artistic style. Schubert definatey would have liked this. This is easily world class.

I love how this video barely has 81 views as of now... whereas if some semi-'talented', girl or guy singing overrated pop songs had uploaded their video today, hours later it would have 1,000+ views. I am in NO WAY speaking bad about you or your music George--I'm trying to say that people today don't appreciate REAL talent, like yours, as much as they used to. Oh, how I wish I could play like you! Anyway, thanks for the upload; it's always great to hear you play!

@gerardbedecarter ... some consider this is one of the most technically difficult pieces in the standard repertoire. It certainly requires great stamina in the last section (as does the Liszt Sonata!).

@ModelDX1 If you've never heard this piece before try listening to Kissin or Lang Lang. I think they both have amazing interpretations.

Your talent is phenomenal. Please be certain that all notes in chords and between the hands sound precisely together. You have to listen very carefully and practice to achieve this precision.
