Yes, they are. I bought the album a long time ago and didn't listen until after his death because it didn't receive the best reception (I should have known better to give the critics any credence; they gave him such a hard time but gave most other artists a "pass"). As a result, I missed out on years of enjoyment because it is truly a beautiful collection of songs: well- chosen and well- arranged. He was one of a kind. How can you miss someone you didn't even know this much?.....RIP
