It blows the mind that George was a mere 17yrs of age, (I initially wrote 16yrs as I couldn't remember which it was & it really had nothing to do with the point that George was still very young), when he wrote this song. Technically, it's not the greatest work George has created but the maturity from one so young to write this is awe inspiring. Without a doubt, this song will live on as a favourite to many, whether an admirer of George or not. It was definitely the start of what was to come from this young artist. From a chubby kid with glasses with little confidence to one of the most talented musical artists of the era. We miss you George but can only thank you for the music you left behind for us to continue to listen to. 🎼🎶🎵🎹🎤🥰🎤

When I first listened to this song many years ago, I made a promise to myself that if I ever get married, this will be played on my wedding ceremony. Today, 10+ years after, I'm still not married...but I keep listening to it and consider it one of the most beautiful songs I've ever listened to. Thank you George for this masterpiece 😍 *Update: I see many comments telling me to get married and why I didn’t get married etc...sorry for ruining it to you but it is my choice to not get married. I just expressed a thought I had like 10+ years ago. Also, for those commenting that it’s a “cheat” song and maybe I’m like this too...Firstly, you don’t know me personally so you have no idea about me and my personality (so better not judge on it) and secondly, my native language is NOT English and obviously back then as a child I enjoyed more the music and the feeling the melody was giving me. I like this song for more than a decade.There was a wedding in Leonard's, Long Island. Someone tall with nice suit and bright tie with dark eye glasses invited me for a dance and that was the same song. Honestly, I was hypnotized by this song. And my partner was very sensitive to my mood related to the music. Someone asked this song to be sung again by the same singer with deep baritone. And once again my partner asked me to dance with him. I wanted to say to him that I'm in this restaurant as a wedding guest and how exhausted I was after 12 hour shift, covering for my colleague, but I did not to say anything, because he took off his sunglasses. His eyes were very blue and they looked so innocent and they were begging me to dance with him one more time. So, I changed up my mind to say, " No ". The second dance was stunningly exceptional. He danced so well with Spanish elements which made that dance more intuitive.. We did not want to talk, our body languages, our moves, the expressions of our faces were enough. After dancing with him five times, I really felt tired. He immediately responded with understanding & empathy & brought me champaign and o'honderves. We exchanged with our cell numbers...
