One of the best makeover you've ever done George! Everyone did a fantastic job. Billy and his team are wonderful for having a place for special needs kids. I've worked in Occupational Therapy for 27 years so I know what it's like for the kiddos. I can't say enough how fantastic Billy and his team are! Great job George!!!❤

I have 2 grandchildren who have sensory issues. My grandson, especially, really suffered when he needed a haircut. It took a while coming to an understanding of why it was so difficult for him to have anyone touching his head, cutting his hair. Luckily, his mom found a stylist who was able to understand Finn's needs, allow him the time and adjustments he needed. His sensory issues are mild compared to some kids with autism, other perception differences. So glad to see barbers/stylists geared specifically to serve kids with sensory differences. What a relief for kids, parents, barbers, & stylists.

I’ve known families with special need children, but never ever even thought of them having to take them to get the kids haircuts! But I totally get it now. I hope this inspires other barbers & hairdressers to follow this concept of a safe place to take your kids. Wow!

Hi it’s roe from your kind of cuts - we would love to expand but it’s hard to find barbers or hairdressers to do what we do the way we do it
@wildbill23cАй бұрын
@@Yourkindofcuts I can only imagine how difficult it would be to find people that have the patience and ability to work with children who are far from comfortable in a regular barber chair setting as we are accustomed to. I've seen barbers down on their knees on the floor doing a child's hair, its just frustrating for many to watch, and not want to grab the child and hold them down for a haircut, yeah not what you want to do for sure LOL....I've heard of a couple barber shops like yours that work with kids who have special needs, and its truly awesome to see. Keep doing what you do, I wish you the best.

God bless these Barbers, and God bless George to the Rescue. George, I loved that you hugged a tree, especially that it was one your mom planted. I'm sorry you didn't get a reaction to that because that was a great and touching story. The barber stations look like dressers, but all in all, its beautiful and it looks a lot better than it did. Well done, everybody!

This episode made me cry almost immediately. for someone to go to that length to accommodate kids with sensory issues is magical, wonderful and way too unusual. Most neurotypical people don't have the patience for it. This man is what every community needs.

Love this! My son has autism and haircuts were a traumatic thing for us for years. I would be in tears everytime we left. I bought some quiet clippers from Amazon and would practice for a long time just putting on his finger and by his ear. Finally at about 5 he started getting haircuts without freaking out. Everytime we get his haircut i flashback to those times. It can be hard. Keep trying moms and dads! You're doing an amazing job! ❤

Best looking barber shop I've ever seen.. Of course I haven't been in a barber shop for years. The only time I can remember is, as a child I went with my Father while he got a haircut, which was back in the 1950s. Yep I'm that old. Great looking and I bet the children will want to come more often.. Billy is such a great man with a wonderful team to help their customers get haircuts. Great job George and crew. God bless.
