Georgetown Law Supreme Court Institute 2023 Fall Media Preview

Every fall, the Georgetown Law Supreme Court Institute hosts an expert panel to discuss the upcoming Supreme Court term and take questions from journalists who cover the Court. The 2023 panel included Irv Gornstein, executive director of the Supreme Court Institute; Lisa S. Blatt, chair of the Supreme Court and Appellate practice at Williams & Connolly LLP; David Cole, national legal director at the ACLU and Hon. George J.
