Cleaning will be by the students living in the suite. Normal maintenance and repairs are handled by management.

Georgian residence is expensive in my opinion. Georgian Green Residence is a better option budget wise. Georgian green is off campus located few meters away from the college.

You can mail them or mention your landing date in the agreement and start the lease from 16th August.

For three semesters (sept to august) lease its $595 per month. For two semesters (sept to april) lease its $780 per month.

The application process for georgian college how long does it take from time of application. Georgian college not Green

Georgian college usually sends offer letter within 2-3 weeks. If you applied late, sometimes it might take 4 weeks
