Georgie Henley and Will Poulter Interview, Nov 11, 2010

I got a chance to interview Georgie Henley (who plays Lucy Pevensie) and Will Poulter (who plays Eustace Clarence Scrubb) on behalf of narnifans.com the day before their opening presentation of the Taubman Ice Palaces at the Beverly Center Mall in Los Angeles. This is a GREAT interview. They're both so poised and really articulate, lovely to see them being so gracious. Plus you asked some great questions! I'm glad they're both pretty modest about their acting abilities, rates high in my book! Looking forward to Will's performance.

I dreamed with Georgie last night. And I must confess... She's my platonic love. But, I Love her of an way so pure, sweet and true that don't matter to me if she will never know me. Crazy? May be. I don't care. I just love you, my sweet lovely Lucy.

@awanaismylife Well here's hoping you do get that job! :-) But actually I don't know glumPuddle personally (yet! haha) And I'm sure if they were able to talk to other knowledgeable fans like you and other narniaweb/narniafans/aslanscountry people, they would treat them the same way they treated my gf Lucy and me! I really wish everyone can have an experience like we had, they were incredible people!

I love them both so much. Their answers are actually really intelligent and they seem so nice. Georgie looks stunning, she's so pretty, and I love her style. And Will just seems to be the perfect Eustace. I remember Will as the boy from "Son of Rambo" and he really has grown! Just as Georgie actually. Can't wait to see the movie. All the trailers and stuff look so magical. (:

So sweet and so informative in it's own way. This definitely makes me more excited for the new movie. I can see that they are playing on the aspects that make the book so enjoyable! Will and Georgie seem to have a nice bond and Will does seem to fit in with the others which is always important in characters. I can't wait for the movie!!!!

@darulmuhajirin1 unfortunately they don't know yet if even there will be a next movie, but director Michael Apted thinks they have decided on The Silver Chair if a next movie is to be made, although it is not official :-/

@msdisneylover101 No, it's not like that, I got invited because the organizers contacted Paul, the creator of narniafans . com and then Paul had me go interview them since it was going on near where I live. But of course since they are such wonderful people if you were to see them randomly and told them you were big narnia fans, I'm sure they'd be happy to talk to you!

@ginacpreston I filmed this at the Beverly Center Mall in Los Angeles, CA. They were there to break in the Taubman Narnia Ice Palaces which debuted at various Taubman malls across the country. If you'd like to read more about it, then visit the website that I listed in the description :-)

@jereigna44 HAHA, definitely "on the ship"!! (Paul Martin the creator of narniafans . com flew to the Dawn Treader while they were filming for a few days and proposed to his girlfriend there. It was an amazing time for everyone and I got to see Paul [who's my friend] on his way flying back from New Zealand/Australia).

@PearlAisy246 Just from this day and the next. When we went back the next day to cover the opening ceremony for the ice palaces, they remembered us (me and my girlfriend who filmed this) and even gave us a shout out on stage! We really really hope to see them again at some point, but who knows!?

@msdisneylover101 I met them because I was doing an interview for narniafans . com. And they didn't know me beforehand, but that just goes to show how incredibly gracious and sweet they both are. It was an awesome experience to get to meet them and hang with them for a little while and I wish all of us fans could have a chance to do that, it was more fun than I was even hoping for!

@Bunny4life12 Yes indeed! He is one of the kindest people I've ever met! I think you get to see that in this interview. I mean, I'm a nobody, just interviewing them for a fan website and they were totally enthusiastic in speaking to me. I was overwhelmed with their kindness! :) I hope you get to meet him sometime and experience that for youself!
