GH seemed to show glimpses of its former glory during Georgies funeral. Maxies eulogy was heartbreaking and the acting from everyone involved was awesome..

I can't even describe how amazing Kirsten Storms did in these scenes. She was the best and all her emotions were so real. I can't even think of another actress who could have done this.

Wow, Kirsten Storms is so darn good. I loved her as Belle on DAYS and knew she was good, but her acting in these episodes is out of sight. Maxie and Mac had me in tears, and I don't even watch General Hospital! Felicia is a real piece of work. Where the heck was Frisco? Thankfully the girls had Mac. Thanks for this.

I understand exactly why Maxie called Felicia out, one of her daughters had to Die just for her to visit, or make contact. I applaud Maxie for honesty, even as inappropriate as it was.

It was a definite reading/ shredding of Felicia and it was Georgie's funeral. However, the one place honesty needs to take place is in a church or another place of worship. Believe me, I wanted to shred NUMEROUS "family membets" who showed up at my Grandpa's funeral. Some of the most selfish, narcissistic pieces of shit who showed up when he died when they couldn't be bothered when he was alive! I literally wanted to tell them to get the fuck out and don't ever contact or come near us ever again. But, it was his day, even though they tried to take that from him. I understand and totally get it from Maxie.

Because deep down Felicia knows that everything Maxie is telling her is true, and also Felicia realizes that Maxie just needs to let it all out as a way for her to grieve over Georgie.

From 10:00 to the end dang maxie was very very cold. Wow. Great acting. She reflected on the loss of her sister and the bitter resentment she felt toward her mom's abandonment of them.

I have never liked Maxie very much since she became a teenager but I think she deserves a pass for this one considering all the survivor's guilt and grief she's had to deal with in her life.

for ppl who didn't watch for years might get the wrong idea about felicia but for the most part she was there she was a good mother not perfect but nobody is.......guza left some lasting damage on alot of old timers robert,felicia come to mind not to mention most of the quartermaine family....at least felicia has been rehiblihated somewhat.

oh please, Dillon. Felicia deserved everything she got. if she could show up when one of her daughters was dead, why couldn't she have done it when Georgie was alive? and why did she leave town right after the funeral? Felicia was a horrible mother. Mac, Maxie, and Robin were the ones who really mattered.

I remember when this scene originally aired. It is still a powerful performance by Maxi. Felicia got everything she deserved. I am a Felicia fan but did not agree with how she abandoned her dtrs on Mac and went chasing off to find Frisco. She never looked back. She sat on the front pew as a grieving mother when she should have hung her head in shame and sat in the back. She did not earn the position to sit up front with the family. I really can't blame Maxie. Maybe the timing was inappropriate but it had to be said. Felicia did not and could not argue the point.

While I agree that Maxie was wrong to say that about Felicia in her eulogy (Mac was right when he said that she wasn't honoring her sisters memory that way) but I think it was totally understandable given the circumstances. She had probably wanted to say those things to her mother for years, her sister's death made her more emotional than usual and seeing Felicia in the family aisle plaing the grieving mother caused her to snap.

I LOVE Felicia and I'm glad she and Maxie made up but EVERYTHING Maxie said was justified, she left them for two years and only cane back for Georgie's death, too little too late IMO, I'm glad she's stuck around and has become a mother but she should've been thre before Georgie died.

This is when I simply stopped caring about Maxie Jones. Instead of giving a nice tribute to Georgie, she made it all about her own selfish ass. And then several years later, she proves that she's the same selfish bint by making ROBIN'S funeral about her own selfish ass and eventually taking away the only support Robin's husband and daughter have. GH killed off the wrong Jones girl.

well I know everyone else is saying it but yes Kristen Storms rocks this whole show. Could you possiblely imagine any other actress trying to deliver that scene? Playing so many emotions in so many ways and making it all come together so smoothly. All I can say is DAMN! If she doesn't get an emmy it's a crime against all soap operas.

I didn’t fully understand Maxie’s anger towards Felicia until recently. I’ve been watching old episodes from 1999 and 2000 and I think that Maxie had pushed a lot of things under the rug over the years. She said later that when mac and Felicia married in 1998, she thought the four of them were going to be a real family. Maxie was very hurt when Felicia had her affair with Luke. Felicia ran off more than once for whatever reason and Maxie let it go multiple times. I think the year that Felicia spent away from them prior to Georgie’s death combined with Maxie grieving over Georgie sent her over the edge. To be fair to Felicia, I know that she loves her kids and I know that she never meant to hurt them, but Maxie’s feelings here were completely valid.

@@herdmentality1894 it wasnt true though when felicia left it was take of her sick grandmother mariah(important character in felicia as well maxie, and georgie's life) and they had the option to go to texas with her or stay in PC with mac they choose the latter also both girls were teenagers when felicia left....so she didn't abandon them did she handle the situation great no but this was not a case of abandonment.

Neglected by a mother who damaged them. Felica made her choices and her children lived with it and survived. I like the Maxi character the mother should have known this was coming.
