My father passed away suddenly when I was 20 and I spread his ashes at sea. Being a mariner I have had countless of these similar conversations. My father has always been by side and it was always a thrill to share with him new lands and islands in my travels and kept me company on watches during passages. Am 65 now and while I still live on a sailboat I seldom venture offshore or travel out of the country and my conversations have been with both my parents as my mother passed 7 years ago. For me keeping their memories alive in such manner is a must and probably will continue for the rest of my days.

Georgie and missy were not treated just as fairly. Mary would always, ALWAYS believe Sheldon over Missy, and out of all three definitely prefers Sheldon. Sheldon was given WAY too much importance when he didn't deserve half of it. Sheldon wasn't even there when the family was going through this hard time. One of the real heroes of the show is Georgie. It takes hell of a courage to shoulder such responsibilities.. Georgie is a great character…. And this guy will forever be etched into the memories of all the TBBT and YS fans … he is no less than a Jim Parsons or a Kayley Cuoco !! Keep going

Georgie is by far the best character on the show, bar none. Such a good young man. I'm glad he maintained this report with his dad, even though George was no longer physically there. Makes me cry for my own father.

This really reflects what the older georgie said in TBBT. That everyone was a mess and he had to stand up and take care of them while Sheldon was just gone, not really aware of what's happening. Georgie didn't have the opportunity to mourn his Fathers death. Really hard to watch.

This is his way to say "I need you...but you are no longer here.....I miss you"
