What fitness 'level' would you say someone would have to be on to do a trip like this? Looks like its not really for beginners... LOVED the video, looks so amazing!

100% for beginners - there were a few girls who are complete beggingers in fitness and they loved it! The trainers cater for all fitness levels and were helping with anything needed

You don’t have to worry about your fitness level, as you can always adjust every workout to your lever :)
