Although everybody says "use full stiffness because speedrunners do" or otherwise doesn't give much suspension tuning advice, one can actually apply real theory to the tuning of the suspension. Everyone always says the back end of the satsuma is light, and this is where you get some of the oversteer from the back end becoming unweighted. Therefore it would stand to reason that to keep the car in balance, one should make every setting on the rear softer than the front, since less weight means faster rebound and less energy transferred into the suspension on bumps. Also, the wiki states that rebound should always be higher than the bump compression, which makes since, since high rebound allows the wheel to spend more time in contact with the ground and lower bump allows the suspension to yield to sharp bumps and body roll so the wheel doesn't just bounce off of whatever object it hits. Using this theory and a lot of trial and error using a save right before the rally started, I found that full rebound in the front (4000 in msc edit), and 2 clicks below full in the rear (3800 in msc edit) along with full bump minus 3 clicks in the front (3700 in msc edit) along with full bump minus 5 clicks (3500 in msc edit) creates a setup that doesn't bounce, loose rear traction, or get upset over sharp bumps nearly as much as the full hardness setup.

To remove rust, you need take your Satsuma to Fleetari's and order a de-rusting in the Service Brochure. It should be a few pages in.
