Thank you so much for this, this is what i needed to hear today, I'm having a bad PTSD day, my hubby woke me up those morning because i was screaming in my sleep and wrapping the blanket around my neck, the result from being in a extremely abusive relationship when i was a teenagerfor a year a and a half, getting attacked and other bad things five nights a week he gave me weekends off if i was a good girl and did what i was told, I'm alive thanks to my hubby who i met eight months after the badness stopped, this all happened in 1993/4 and I'm still having flashbacks and therapy, it doesn't go away but it gets easier to deal with and talk about given time, my mind hid so much from me for so many years and it's only recently that I'm starting to remember the torture and pain, thankfully i have a amazing hubby and friends that listen to me when i need to talk, if your in a relationship like my old one PLEASE get out, do it safely and find someone who will be there to listen when you need to talk, if you don't have anyone please talk to your doctor, help is out there for us when we are ready to take it, my love and thoughts are with everyone who has someone bad in their life, life does get better you just have to want it, love and hugs Helen

I just wanted to say thank you. I had a rough couple of days at work this past week. I found this song a few nights ago. I listened to it on repeat for an hour or two at 2 am and just cried. I didn't realize how much I needed a good cry. I woke up the next day and listened to it a few more hours and was able to get some things done around the house. It definitely helped me work though a hard spot in my life and my mood disorder. Please keep making music when you are able. It really does help and it's got a permanent spot on my phone so I can listen to it as necessary. :)
