Hey George. Love the look on your Mini. I have a 2016 myself, I'm the original owner and I am trying to also upgrade it. I been contemplating purchasing a new Mini and use my 2016 for the track. But right now I'm in between a daily driver with upgrades or stripping it and using it for the track. Anyway love the look on the Mini. Cheers.

LSD will be great. The heavy duty clutch might be overkill. Im pretty sure the mini clutch is rated for 350hp. You can get those numbers unless youre doing major engine upgrades. At least for N18 engine

So you had to get the new rear trailing arms to correct the camber to square it up? And did you have to replace the TPMS sensors when you changed the tires and wheels

Yes, I had new TPMS sensors installed in the wheels when I purchased them.

I found my 2022 Cooper S brake system is rubbish. Would upgrade like yours (JCW) improving braking system?

Yes, brakes will definitely be improved with the bigger brakes. Just make sure you have wheels that will clear the front calipers.

I didn't calculate the offset. It does have a slight poke stance. 5mm spacers on rear wheels, no spacers on front wheels.

I have 5mm spacers on the rear, no spacers up front.

What's the stock size for the MINI. Moving from an 18x7.5 51mm to that exact size Enkei, I had no spacers or issues.

I didn't make any camber adjustments, but a little negative camber on the rear wheels would be helpful because I noticed some slight rubbing on the inside of the plastic fender flares.

I sold the car in 2022. I still regret it because it was such a joy to drive. The JCW big brake kit worked well with the wheels, no spacers needed.
