I removed the security bar, with bigger and crooked branches ur gonna bump it all the time shutting the machine down and when that happens ur also gonna have a high chance of having some wood get stuck in the drum so if u fire it back up ur gonna start seeing smoke coming out from the belts. this happened to me 2 times all because of this security stop, very annoying and constantly had to pump it back on. gonna put a button there instead.

Youre totally right! Happened to me too - smoking belt unscrewing the funnel… However the bar can be deactivated by unplugging the connector.

@@kornbouncer3356 yeah it takes like 10-15 min of work and ur gonna be bumping it, and doing several hours of work and with more people and u know, trying to do things faster and getting stuff in there ur constantly gonna be hitting the bar. if ur not going to plug the security bar back in later (why would you tho), then its much easier to use and also Move around without it. The other version of this has a bigger bar which is more down on the sides so branches don't pull on it when u put stuff in, im gonna put a button on top of the existing button, just a bolt maybe or something and just use that. I see jensen gts1500 etc simply use a stop button which is so much better overall, they understood the issue before continiously creating new ones.
