It’s a lot of work…I promise you from personal experience. It’s a roller coaster. I’m gonna be brutally honest with you because I’ve been in therapy since I was 19, I’m 28 now. Sometimes you’re not gonna feel okay and you have to learn to accept that and not beat yourself up about it, other times you’re really gonna feel chill but learn to not feel guilty about feeling happy in that moment or whatever it is. Acceptance is definitely part of self care. I’m still learning how to take better care of myself and love myself better because it’s always been easier to not love myself. So yeah, I hope you find support because you deserve it, I genuinely mean that because I always care about others being okay. Well wishes and take care 🌻

I find it crazy how this was only a little over half a month before the reunion announcement. During this, he had to have thought about the fact that the internet would be exploding in just a few weeks. (I know the band talked about the first that the reunion started privately in 2017, and Gerard did plenty of interviews and panels in that time, but it's just crazy how close this was to one of the biggest music announcements in a long time.)
