To this day, I find this to be one of the best English Latino ballads ever produced and an embodiment of summer - up there with Madonna's La Isla Bonita. Geri may not be the best singer but her music is fantastic and I can listen to it over & over again, this song was ahead of time and very fresh today and it wasn’t vulgar compared to many musically artist today (by the way many singers’s music today is not very memorable or versatile which is pretty sad, it just vulgar and not enough creativity.) this is one my favourite songs by Geri, and I’m surprised 😮 she didn’t end up writing ✍️ songs for other singers.
