It's okay to make mistakes, but it's not okay to teach mistakes! Those teachers should have learned the pronunciation perfectly. I don't know the Kerala language but it sounds like those people have given Deutsch a Kerala version!

If you put much effort and time on learning a new language, it becomes easy. Before learning a new language try to watch ted talks about "learning a new language" you will get an overview. I started learning german myself using duolingo app and i personally felt that it is not a tough language.

Beginners don't watch this video. As you will be habitual of hearing these sounds and pronunciation mistakes are there. Many grammatical errors also there. Not saying bad about them, indeed their efforts are good. But it's better to watch error free content.
