I do love Glühwein, especially during the winter, always keeps me warm and prevents me from freezing to death. As for the Christmas Pyramid a.k.a Weihnachtspyramide at 2:13 my mum got one of those in the Osnabrück Christmas Market, it's always nice to watch it spinning slowly when you light the candles. And I don't know if it's just me, but I have noticed that not a lot of German videos seem to cover the Christmas markets in eastern Germany, places like Dresden or Leipzig, even though they are nice Christmas markets.
@SandyMakesSense5 жыл бұрын
I think Germany is just super well known for it's Christmas markets :)

We had exactly the same pyramid she showed us. And it was pretty expensive, 249 Mark, not DM.

A marzipan museum almost as unique as the currywurst museum in Berlin. Thanks for sharing some of your Xmas time back in Germany. We should stop trying to compete with Germany when it comes to Xmas markets they do it just so much better.
Lovely, as you know plenty of similar looking Christmas markets in U.K... thanks Germany. 😉

Roasted almonds with different flavours is not this new. I had some with chili and strawberry flavour years ago. And there were also others available. I like the Dutch influence on Christmas markets in Northern Germany, I recognised the Poffertjes in one scene behind you very fast. They are delicious. But the most important question is unanswered. Is there a factory outlet at Niederegger? 😀
