Ironic you should say we’d not see this cake anywhere else, and I had just come from the Einfach Backen channel where she made a marzipan torte in a very unelegant manner. She doesn’t know your trick of using the baking pan to form the marzipan, and it was messy. She used commercial marzipan. Interesting to see the different treatments. Yours looked much nicer.
