This melody was made in Spanish Civil War by the German Condor Legion who fought in the "Bando Nacional". It become more famous with a SS athenm in the n4z1 germany. but this melody also become a music in the brazilian army.

Yes, it's a song of the Parachute Brigade of the brazilian army, named as "Dragões do Ar", other brazilian army song that used a german song melody is "Tropa Blindada" which have the same melody as "Panzerlied"
