It is to be understood that poor people do not have rich friends, partners, in general. Hence, Pakistan has no friends, partners. You may keep on believeing (lying to yourself) that China is your friend, Germany etc are your partner, reality is very different. Ask them how they treat Pakistan. Just to make you feel happy, once in a while they may call you friend, partner in front of your people/masses but they do not mean it. A borrower is not a friend of the lender. Unless it is a hegemon, strong power like USA.
