The same pattern applies across the board. Cops etc are just people. We project the image we want the cop to be in our minds. Pay attention to this please: eyewitness testimony is the least reliable form of evidence allowed in a court of law. The statistics don't discriminate whether or not it's a cop, a lawyer, a judge, or a drunk, or a housewife, or a carpenter, or a doctor, etc. Furthermore cops are required to submit their reports within 48 or 72 hours (sorry it's been a while since I was talking to cops and judges on the regular while in cuffs) ; the more time passes the less reliable the accuracy. I personally have been very high, very drunk and it never created hallucinations, sadly. Haha. Where people got the idea that being drunk or stoned makes the difference between seeing a UFO or bigfoot or the ghost of Marilyn Monroe or not seeing them is beyond me. I suppose there's a small handful of people with weak constitutions that can't control their high etc, but they're by far in the minority. While I'm here and it's free territory nothing is as it appears to be anyway. Been lied to lately? Yeah ya' have.

We look up and there it was a round very big and I mean big saucer coming over the apartment building. All of us started oohing and awing. Then all that amazement turned into fear as it was about 15 stories above us and it was making a crazy humming sound kind of like an electrical sound, it was like a pulsating electric feeling all threw our body. We all literally started crying at the same time and it wasn’t normal crying , that cry like if we were being killed. We all ran home terrified for what we just saw. This thing was so low and really big , the city lights lit the thing up, u can see everything. We can see the windows and in the windows there were little people waving at us. I swear I ain’t making this up there was a lot of people who saw it. Then the next day we all gathered around the spot we saw this and I swear I ain’t making this sh!t up. So we were sitting there talking about what we saw and this guy walks up and ask if we saw weird stuff last night. We told him everything he wrote it down and then when we were done he tells us not to worry about it because what we saw was a weather balloon, I shit u not. Oh did I mention the guy was dressed in a black suit. I thought he was FBI because this happened before the movie men in black came out, this sighting was way bigger than the Arizona sighting and I don’t understand why the story didn’t blow up. This happened either in92 or 93 in Orange County California.

I seen an object about a week ago over the lake , it moved from side to side zigzagging and it hovered in front of me while I was holding the door open to try to get the dog in the house after her going pee. The object was red and round , it moved side to side not up or down or straight at me it wasonly about ten feet away hovering and it too resembled two frizbee's stuck together , it flipped upright and there was an inner part of it that rotated while the rest of it hovered , there was no sound , the woods were completely quiet , no wind no sounds of animals around except my dog pushing past me to get inside and up the staircase. The object was red and the part circulating was like a thin yellow cog wheel. I was not afraid , I was stunned, but felt as though it was scanning me. Suddenly I felt fear and closed the door. It took me a few days to tell my man about what I seen, I never seen an object move so swiftly from the distance it travelled or why it would zoom in on me.

I'm no expert, from what I've heard over the course of several hundred reports, the beings tend to have boot-like shoes on instead of going barefoot. You also often hear that people don't remember seeing the feet/shoes specifically, fo whatever reason. A lot of people have also said that the beings moved around kind of like they were walking, but there was something weird about--either they walked funny, didn't seem to actually touch the ground and kind of just paddled their feet in an unatural looking way, or they don't recall seeing the feet but could tell that the beings were somehow gliding around.
