Can you understand Urdu and Hindi?
- I sadly can’t understand both languages fully, neither can I speak them. However I am able to understand a few words and certain phrases.
Why haven’t you reacted to my recommendation yet?
- Every day I receive countless recommendations from you guys, which I am grateful for. I am trying to read all the comments but it does happen that I miss some out. The main factor is probably my working schedule which doesn’t allow me to film videos daily. Most weeks I can only find a couple of hours in the afternoon to film 2-3 videos. Of course I’d love to film more and film all of your recommendations, however I’m trying to stick with 1 or 2 uploaded videos a week. Quality over quantity.

Ashik is the mainly the earthly lover i.e. human being, while the Mashuk (Mawla) is the Divine Creator. When you are true divinely love with the Creator God you will never fear death but normal persons who entangled with this earthly/ physical realm, won't understand this. Death is ultimate road to Awe ! According to the Sufism, you will need spiritual guide (the Pir) who will help you unlock your mind to connect & reach the divine. So sometimes the relationship of the Pir and Murshid (the disciple) is also based on a divine bond between the two souls. The Pir as well as the Murshid at any point of their life suddenly may come in contact with each other in an unwarranted/ unplanned situation they both feel each's love towards each other. Unfortunately I have seen the some thinkers in the western world doesn't understand this love and wrongfully term it as a homosexual relationship. Sorry it's not. This exact spiritual love affair was depicted in the Qawali "Chapa Tilak" version you have heard in COke Studio Pakistan, written by the famous poet Amir Khusrau about his Pir Nizamuddin Awlia. Amir's eye contact with Nizamuddin made him Diwana or Crazy as he felt the very deep connection between the souls.
