German Technology | Retarring NH in Kerala | Cherthala - Aroor | Cold Milling | Recycling Top layer

Under the new technology, the top layer of the asphalt pavement will be scooped out using a machine. The material will be cleaned and reused after mixing with fresh bitumen, cement, sand and other materials. Machines are German made. This is used first time in Kerala for Cherthala - Aroor NH during 2019-20 Year.
