Pop countermeasures and fly with your side to them this makes the missile turn and lose most of its speed making it easy to dodge

Terrain masking, get closer and drop the GBUs, because from far distance you have to keep the laser ON a lot of time, you might be able to dodge the first missile by flying perpendicularly after a drop but the 2nd missile might get you, so maintaining the laser point for too long is not recommended. And even after La Royale new dynamics Pantsir missile still crazy.
